What if my permit is rejected?
Deficiency responses and resubmissions are included in your flat fee. We handle every round at no extra charge.
Are municipal filing fees included?
No — those are paid directly to your municipality. We confirm the exact amount before submission so there are no surprises. Typically $50–$250 depending on your town and project scope.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Contractors and architects submitting 5+ projects per month qualify for our Studio Plan with volume pricing. Contact us to discuss.
What's not included in the flat fee?
Municipal filing fees, engineering or architect stamps (if your project requires them), and any required plan revisions that involve your design team.
Do prices vary by municipality?
