Do I really need a permit for my project?
Most home improvement projects do — especially anything involving electrical, plumbing, or structural work. We'll tell you exactly what your municipality requires before you commit to anything.
How long does the permit process take?
We submit within 24 hours of receiving your project details. Municipal review typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your town. We follow up throughout and keep you updated.
What if I already started work?
After-the-fact permits are possible in most municipalities. We've handled plenty. It may require an inspection of the work, but it's usually solvable. Contact us before the town finds out on their own.
How much does it cost?
Our fee starts at $349 for a single permit type. Multi-permit projects (e.g., electrical + construction jacket) are typically $499–$599. We quote you a firm price before you pay anything.
