FAQ
Frequently asked
questions.
Everything you need to know about the permit expediting process. Can't find the answer you're looking for? Chat with us.
Who runs this service?
A licensed NJ master electrician. We've pulled our own permits and submitted ESI applications — we know exactly what municipalities need, and how to avoid the errors that cause 30%+ of applications to get rejected.
What NJ forms do you handle?
F120 (Electrical), F140 (Fire), F100 (Construction Jacket) — plus PSE&G and JCPL ESI applications, plumbing subcode, and mechanical subcode. Every form in the NJ UCC permit package.
Are revisions included in the price?
Always. Revision handling and resubmission are included in your flat fee. Your price doesn't change no matter how many deficiencies come back from the municipality.
How fast do you submit?
Within 24 hours of receiving your job details. We can't control the municipality's review time, but we eliminate every other delay in the process.
Which counties do you cover?
All 21 NJ counties across both PSE&G and JCPL service territories. We're based in Jersey City and serve contractors statewide.
What does it cost?
Flat fees starting at $349 per permit. No hourly billing, no surprise charges. You know the price before we start, and it doesn't change if revisions come back.
